Today the new 40-6A was placed in service. The new truck will replace our current truck that's a 1985 GMC. It will continue to serve us as a secondary rescue. We would like to thank all the members that put their time and efforts in to getting everything complete. We would like to thank member Wayne Heacock also from FDGrafix (www.fdgrafix.com) for lettering the truck. Not long after the lettering was complete. The new 40-6A received it's first run. The nature of the call was a Cardiac Arrest. 40-6A & Rescue 40 both made the response and assisted the EMS crews. More pictures of the truck will be posted shortly.
